ABRAHAM (d. 1232), bishop of S. Asaph,
was consecrated by Stephen Langton at Westminster 29 June 1225. His previous record is not known, but he was probably a Welshman. Pen. MS. 20 names him ‘euream.’ In 1227 he granted to Valle Crucis the second half of the church of Wrexham, and in 1232 to the same abbey a portion of Llangollen church.
